South Pointe Hospital’s Primary Care Clinic provides primary care services to patients for illnesses ranging from colds and flu to aches, pains and minor injuries. Three residency programs – Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine – practice within the same space and services are coordinated to provide continuity of care for all patients.
Based on patients’ needs, a number of services are available in the office, ranging from simple office procedures to various lab tests. Other ancillary services are available on our campus. Backed by the resources of South Pointe Hospital, referrals are offered to medical and surgical specialists when necessary.

Our center services patients on an outpatient basis. Family Medicine and NMM residency clinics evaluate and treat patients of all ages. The Internal Medicine residency clinic evaluates and treats patients over the age of 18.
Financial Assistance
The Primary Care Clinic accepts all major insurances. South Pointe Hospital is proud to serve our community with affordable health care by providing financial counselors to patients in need of assistance. Medical Shuttle Service
This complimentary shuttle service is available to transport ambulatory patients living within a 5-mile radius of the hospital. Appointments may be made Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Call 216.797.4014 for more information.
