The Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) Center at South Pointe Hospital provides comprehensive outpatient medical services to the congestive heart failure patient. Quality education for patients and families is an important part of the CHF center. The department is staffed by Critical Care Nurses with ACLS Certification who provide follow-up care to reinforce learning and assess ongoing needs.
