CFCH Occupational Health Services:

• Audiogram
• Mobile hearing conservation with 6-bay capability
• Flu vaccine program: on-site with minimum volume
• Respirator Clearance: Spirometry, OHSA questionnaire
• Respirator fit testing: quantitative (Saccharin) and qualitative (Portacount)
Employer Services Include:
• Injury care focusing on return to work
• Substance abuse testing
• After hours access for drug testing by contract
• Chain of custody specimen collections (urine, breath, blood, hair)

Physical Examinations:
